Returns

Refund will only be processed in the following situations: if the courier fails to deliver the product to the customer or if the product is received in a damaged condition. To initiate a return, a video must be taken while opening the parcel, serving as proof. Return claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Eligible items for return must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and downloadable software products. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returns made more than 10 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.

Refunds Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange for the same item, send an email to store@noobstoreofficial.com and return the item to:
